...the event was cold, and wet...rain and sleet all morning. Senator's Bruno, Little, Nozzolio and Salandas as well as a number of Assembly
Representatives spoke outside to the 1,300 gathered Corrections professionals from a total of 37 different Correctional facilities. Senator
Little stated that in a meeting with Commissioner Fischer new programs were suggested as the way forward for Camp Gabriels to remain as an essential DOCS facility.

Thanks for all the support given by our neighbors around the North Country, as of the 4th over 21,000 people have visited www.savegabriels.org and helped with email, letters , phone calls and prayers to Keep Gabriels Open...and you did it!
